Our villas serve as the perfect home base for exploring all that Parga and the surrounded area have to offer. Located on the mountainside, you can enjoy the tranquility while still being just a 20-minute walk or 2-minute car ride from the heart of Parga.
How to get here
Preveza Aktio Airport, just 45 minutes away, is the closest airport. Alternatively, you can fly to Corfu Airport and take a 1 and 1/2-hour boat ride to Igoumenitsa, followed by a 30-minute drive to Parga.

We are located in the peaceful mountainside area of Parga. The Parga harbor is just a 20-minute walk or a 2-minute drive away. From our villa, Lichnos beach is 7 minutes by car and Valtos beach is 8 minutes by car.
Is the WiFi fast enough for remote work?
Yes. We have equipped our villas with Starlink satellite internet, providing ultra-fast and reliable high-speed WiFi.
Is there private parking available on-site?
Yes, we provide secure, private parking directly at the villas free of charge.
What are the check-in and check-out times, and how will I receive my keys?
Standard check-in is from 15:00 (3:00 PM) and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
At NOIA Parga Villas, we believe in authentic Greek hospitality, so we do not use impersonal self-check-in boxes.
As a family-run business, your host Angela will personally welcome you upon arrival, show you around the villa, and share local tips to help you settle in. We kindly ask that you let us know your estimated arrival time in advance so we can be there to welcome you.
